DAILY REPORT " CHINESE CUISINE CLASS"

WELCOME BACK ONIJJANG READERS!!

   Today is really special, and this daily report is like bonus because didn't i just goodbye on the previous daily report post that is last week is the last day?? but this daily report because im so grateful to have you guys so i give some bonus.
   for make this day more perfectly lets eats some cashew to complete the day as a National Cashew Day.

   the special day i want share is today i join Chinese cuisine class , i learn how to cook like Chinese chef or we can say is more like Chinese wedding chef is it?? that what i hear, sorry if im wrong. so one week before we have been told that we going to join this class so we have to search the recipe so we can mix-match with the one chef have so gladly the recipe is good and perfect for use on this class.

   we parting in team and i get appetizer team with 3 person and we trying to process lobster actually its my first time handle that kind meat but grateful the chef help us so much , we learn how to shelling lobster and how to cut without broke it, basically the recipe for the salad is just like fruit salad with lemony mayonnaise sauce.
   so everything we cook today have to using wok because that the characteristic of Chinese cuisine , everything is going well and something make me a little bit shock is the measure of MSG is not kidding guys . i dont know that is secret or habit but omg i cant properly to add it on the food maybe if you like that everyday you will get a bald impact hahaha....
