HELLO ONIJJANG READERS!!!!!
its been along time since i upload my daily report!!
Yey thats true i upload this only when i in practical week..
so this monday is not heavy like two weeks ago.. today is just so.. soo MUCH FUN hahaah yahhh...
actually i'm little bit shocking cause my lecturer is choosing me to cooked suddenly with my partner dewi. two of us is not really creative like u think when we cook hahaahah.. but we still have to be confidence and do the job.
we thinking our menu in walking freezer , actually some of people will say bad idea cause you will freeze your brain but lucky is not happen to us hahahaaha.....
today we made "ayam pop" from padang, "rempeyek" from surabaya and "sayur kari" cause its still eid al adha atsmosphere with white rice.
everything is going smoothly but we thinking to long about the menu so we take much time while think tha.
actually its my firs time making rempeyek its so much fun u must have thecnic when making this dish so the result must crispy and thin yeahh got it .
our lecturer told us to plating the dish and explain it , we nervous but is going well ...
but before we make the dish we listen "5minute speech" from subhan about daily routine and from iskandar about his sing competion
