DAILY REPORT

welcome back onijjang readers!!

   usually i will say this my last day but today is different cause tomorrow i will still tell you my daily report!! , i know how happy you guys hear this news right, i wish tomorrow will be a perfect sunny day guys.

    today i really want to celebrate something but after i look on checkiday there some food day that my first time hear scrapple.. did you guys know it??? or this yours first time heart it like me?? because im so curious so searching about that and still little bit confusing but i wish i can celebrate National Scrapple Day on next years in scrapple hometown.

   just i say in first paragraph that today is not my last day so i will not say something like goodbye hahahhaha.. i will continue my task..  today is the day of my tape ferment to open!! so exited guys just like i say in monday its my first time making tape i wish the result is not bad ,and actually i dont know what the real or perfectly tape it is.. but because i love tape so i love my team tape!! tape will be perfect if you combination with ice cream.

   like i say yesterday i will tell you the detail of the toast bread sour dough , yes i will so yesterday i make the dough after i do my bolkus , i just mix it and kneading until mix well and then i rest around 3 hours.
   after that i knocking down and rest in over night after that in the morning i knocking down again and put that into the mould, let it proofing until the size you want but not over , and dust with flour and slice on the top.

    using sourdough or starter to make bread is really take a long time but it worth because of the health and the qualty of it.
   While i waiting my bread proofing , i helping my friend to make Madeleine cake  for event tomorrow the event is for cake decoration,
im really happy that kids want learn how to decoration the cake it will be the begin of they dream.
