welcome back onijjang readers!!
did you guys know that today is National Cappuccino Day im really sure there is a beautiful day like today huuuuuu... i start my morning with ice cappuccino , actually im not the person who consume something until 10 o'clock because i will get little bit stomach but for today is okey lah cause i want to celebrate this day!!
something good happening today i think its because of coffee and my hardwork hahahah...
today i trying making bolu kukus for the first time in my life after the second time i make it perfectly blooming and i really love the color!! so bright and colorful.
but before i start to make bolukukus i just finish to kneading my sourdough baguette from my baby super sour smelly sourdough hahah... i have to rest it around 6 hours before bake it, so i continue to make bolu kukus and pia legong.
making pia legong its my second time the one that i make on monday not to perfect like the one i ever look when i was in bali , my job when i trainee in there just filling the pia and bake it , i never make the dough because the bakers make the dough.. and alhamdulillah my pia legong is nice!!
oh.. yeah im helping my friend to making bread for , its like 600pcs of it and the bakery is like really super hot woii.. but we love it cause making food is our passion hahaha.. its like bread store.. and the "ketupat" leaves we make yesterday is filling and cooking for 3hours so excited to looking the shaped!!
so thats it for today so much thing happen in one day im happy super duper happy!! and for close my day i bake my baguette with love and patient hhahaha...
ah.... i forgot to say that today i make my sourdough toast bread i have to rest it in over night night i will tell you tomorrow okey
