did you guys know today is National Nachos Day, i bet all of you dont know it right?? yes that why onijjang blog is exist guys!! to tell you important food celebration!! hahah.. just for information while i make this blog im eating nachos too.... its not perfect nachos day without some nachos right!!
today is practical day!! huuuufff.... always feel happy when practical week!!, today so much list to do and that make me feel more happy, so today we must trying to fermented glutinous rice to make one of famous Indonesia dessert "tape", the taste is bit strong because of fermentation i think is contain little bit gas and alcoholic because of the ferment, i usually eating "tape" with ice cream is really perfect combination guys! you must try, so we must fermentation around 4-7 days to have a good taste absolutely.
another task should we make is "pia legong" but today we just looking for good reference to use , so we try the best way to make it before the day , everything not going smoothly but few of us is success and we will use that recipe for tomorrow let see if is work or not.
oh right! tomorrow we must trying to make " ketupat " is specialty dish or condiment from indonesia, lets see if i can do that tomorrow. the last is we should make toast bread and french bread from sour dough that we made before gudluck for everyone!!
