this backsound is presenting how happy i am while writting this blog so i hope you guys will enjoy to reading it .
today everywhere is cheese , in the left, right ,front and behind me ,the kitchen full of cheese and love because today we make savory pie , but i think there is another reason why there so much cheese in kitchen that because today is National Cheese Pizza Day
hahahahah, even is not a pizza but the both of this dish had a cheese and your never go wrong with cheese !!!!
talking about kitchen me and my classmate is still in practical week where we place in pastry section. we had so much fun we even making the majestic pie but before that two of my friend is prensentation erwing about sago and musyafir about brown sugar there is so much thing i know about that thank youu so much both of you for the information!!
Lets back to The Majestic Pie hahahah... yeah today we making pie the savory one and the sweet one. i will explain the sweet one first cause im craving some of it, in sweet we have brownie pie and mousse pie .
the brownie pie is combination of brownie and pie you know what brownie is fluffy delicious and pie is sandy delicious with chocolate flavor just imagine how good that will be as PERFECT COMBINATION
the mousse pie is a colab from the creamy chocolate mousse with cold sensation and layering with sandy sugar dough yeah.. this really make you filling on vacation immediately.
For the savory majetic pie is reggae chicken pie and the exploding beef mushroom. its sounds so good right just like the name.
the reggae chicken pie is combination of creamy bechamel,shereded chiken, saute reggae and mozza cheese on the top. i named this dish cause the color of red green capsicum,corn and smooked beef called saute reggae is really make you jump just like while you listen reggae song its really delicious combination ever!!
the exploding beef mushroom just like the name when you bite the pie the taste of creamy beef mushroom is explode in your mouth dont worry it will not kill you like the real bom but it killed your heart cause the taste is reall make you shocked and get more more cant stop eating this.
everything is sold out !!
