Training of Chocolate Ingredients Manufacturers


   Hi there.. voilaa.. its really hot summer yah??.. its really good when you eat ice cream chocolate in the middle of summer right? That what I thought,  talking about chocolate im going to share a little bit of my stories week ago…. Curious???

   A week ago me and ma friend joining “Training of Chocolate Ingredients Manufacturers“ its so much fun!!  We living as dorm in a week , the most amazing thing in this training  is  a chocolate !! because chocolate is my favorite  item everrrrrrr…

   So in the first day of the training  we learn about chocolate , we learn how to make chocolate from choco fruit to a choco bonbon or  a choco candy  from mr agusalim, before that  someone called Mr.saleng is opening the training with speech and then is continued by praying . when mr. agus explaning about chocolate everyone is really excited ,  we learn how to producing chocolate not only candy but we get another things like cacao butter ,powder, liquor and we learn type of chocolate like compone and corverture the different between that things , mr. agus salim even give us example of chocolate  candy that make by the factory in “balai diklat industri”  after that we going to break around 1 hour.    The next interviewees is mr. syahrial , he teach us about the basic cooking ,how to be a good chef and explaning the menu, one of The most interesting thing is dodol , yasss.. dodol  one of most favorite traditional food from indonesia .

   The second day we wake early in the morning cause we gonna go to the practical kitchen to practice the recipe that we already got it yesterday. Before that mr.musawantoro give us lessons about safety and healty while working in kitchen and sharing bout pastry and bakery. Today we practice about dodol, chocolate jam, 3in1 choco and 3in1 choco ginger beverage, today  Everything went smoothly.

   In the next day before we going to practical kitchen we had breakfast when we arrived in kitchen mr.musawantoro give us lessons about pastry and bakery  and then we practice how to make brownies , pie, and almond crispy. There is no easy as yesterday  cause the product getting fail because we forget the cookies in oven and burning, after we finish all product we cleaning the kitchen and back to dorm.

   The fourth day, we going to chocolate class we filled up the form before finally test everything went smoothly as expect ,industry visit at chocolate factory,the next day is final practical , I have to make chocolate jam , everything finish smoothly  and I do my best to do that together  with my partner .

   The last day , is assesmen  interview by trainer and everyone is qualifed to get the sertification.  A little speech by mr. rijal about how to be a good interpreneur , and speech by mr. musawontoro  about impression in “Training of Chocolate Ingredients Manufacturers“ and closed by mr. faisal and we had lunch.

   After break , mr.saleng  and ms. Elisa  closed “Training of Chocolate Ingredients Manufacturers“ by asking the training about impression during “balai diklat industry” everyone is happy and excited about this.
